Welcome to Brawley Management, LLC. We are a residential management company
that has been in business for over 31 years in the Charlotte area. We are a "hands-on"
company and can act as your property managers. We manage properties in a manner to
promote cooperation between the Developers, the Board, Home Owners and the Property
Management Company. We strive to develop a sense of community by providing prompt, courteous
service with open communications.
We are well known for our caliber of expertise and the longevity of our
staff. Brawley Management has assembled a team of experienced and knowledgeable
managing agents, highly capable administrative personnel and a meticulous and conscientious
accounting  department. We have worked
with numerous association boards of directors
and
currently oversee more than a dozen associations.
